When I realize I AM...

You are so many things physically and spiritually, you have so many gifts and abilities that sets you apart from the world, but do you realize that? I'm sure family or your best friend have told you a thing or two about ya skills but are you convinced of that? Are you aware that you are Luv? You see nothing really comes to life if there's any trace of doubt in your heart. To be full of unwavering faith is a must. To believe it is well, it is blessed, it is love and that it is yours should be on the forefront of your belief system, if you don't believe it is then it won't. It won't happen, it won't grow and it definitely won't manifest. 

Until that is you realize.

When we not only agree with but realize our impersonal intelligence inner life awakens, the treasure is found and new life begins. The most precious gems are hidden and this time it's OK to dig deep and get dirty to discover them. 

Here's 10 tools that will help you realize inner Love

1.  When I realize my name is Beloved... I AM LUV. 
Before your parents named you, before you were even thought of, your identity, your name was Beloved. You've been called many name before; nicknames, childhood names, hurtful names some of which you still go by and respond to (good or bad). My question to you is will you take on a permanent one that will add substances to your life? Beloved. You are the object of divine love because you are a child of the true God who is Love. We are his Beloved, his favorite, most prized possession, dear, worthy of love you're special to him. We did nothing to get it nor can we do anything to take it away, but we do have a part in ensuring that it remains healthy and that's to Be-Love. 

2. When I realize the relationship with myself is the most important commitment I can ever have... I AM LUV. Being authentic with self sets the tone for all other relationship to be genuine because the head piece is in order. Without the head the body just doesn't function properly. The alone time you spend with yourself, the compliments, the honesty, the development and most of all the forgiveness is crucial in realizing unconditional love within. Every soul needs love we feel empty with out it, we can't function without having it even if it means being hurt in it. By any means necessary will we travel looking to greet it but guess what you had it the whole time. Most people don't know that luv is a self-seeking thing only when we realize whose we are will we come to know all the love we need is within our soul, our mind, our strength and our heart. Then will we be full enough to share with others and give to people you don't know yet of this power. 

3. When I realize God wants me to love... I AM LUV
This is true, the greatest command is to love the Lord thy God with all your heart, soul and might and the 2nd is just like it to love thy neighbor as thyself. Wow, no wonder why my name is beloved, it's in my genes to be love and to give it. Even when it may seem hard to love that person you don't like just know you're built for this. Love cast away all fear and anything associated with it so it becomes possible to release it from your heart. True love is a genuine desire for the well-being of another.

4. When I realize I can't withhold love...I AM LUV.
 I can definitely relate to this, years ago I withheld my love in so many ways it was almost normal. If I didn't feel appreciate I withheld my love, if I didn't like the conversation I withheld my love, especially if I had an attitude going on I most certainly took my love away. It wasn't fair to them and it wasn't unconditional love coming from me. That was selfish love, it hurt them and eventually it effected our relationship. Withholding love can come in many forms; refusing to openly share feelings, keeping valuable information that could better that person or situation or simply fear of being hurt (which is the most popular). The point is when we hold on tight to love for whatever reason we either lose it or damage it. Love is meant to experience and when you realize this the thought of keeping it to yourself will have you feeling so type of way, and this will be the spirit tugging on you to let it go. Don't hold give it!

5. When I realize I can love people who hurt me...  I AM LUV.  We've all been hurt even to the point of sweet revenge, but how much justice will you receive from that? Yeah it'll be satisfying for the moment but inwardly the pain, the memories, the experience will still be there lingering around until love come through and wipe it all away with forgiveness. It's common and human to react eye for an eye, tooth for an tooth,  insult for insult, pain for pain but remember you are a spiritual being having this physical experience so it's within your divine power to do what?  Love. Love for hurt, love for insult and love for everything they did that didn't sit well with you. Nobody said it'd be easy and if they did honey they lied to you. 
I remember being in an abusive relationship and the many times I was hurt mentally and physically was enough to check in at the psych ward. After being free from that experience it taught me alot about forgiveness and prayer. That through these 2 I could still find it in my heart love after all that. You can do it too and even if you can't find it in your heart to forgive ask the Father to forgive them for you but to help you over time to build up courage to do the same. Clear yourself of guilt and blessing held back against you and realize it's ok to love them in spite of them. 

6.  When I realize I AM perfect just the way I am. I AM LUV. I know you can think of many imperfections about you or your body but God did make no junk honey, you are created in his image so that makes you FLAWLESS. Now we all can improve our attitude or character that's just apart of growing up but to think you're anything less perfect is a big mistake. You are aware that you are rare right?! There's no one with the exact same fingerprint or scent for that matter as you Ha-Ha! You are you and nobody can have that job, even if they tried they'd be doing it all wrong and sooner or later will be fired and fined for being a fake! You don't have to prove to anyone who you are just be, you are sufficient more than enough lacking nothing- BUT FEAR OF COURSE! And so it is 😍

7. When I realize those right roads can quickly turn left but all roads lead back to the divine path...I AM LUV. It happens life throws us curve balls all the time and as we're racing to complete projects, raise kids, and balance life sometimes we face detours that have us turning off on an unfamiliar road in unfamiliar territory. What's for you is for you no matter what way you travel to get it. 

8. When I realize my health is my wealth... I AM LUV. What good is abundance and riches if you can't enjoy it because of your health? The way you look and feel on the inside should be the reflection people see on the out. Most of the time outer appearance be in fleek, I mean flawless but the inner be as dirty and dark as a hole, that doesn't add up. Please stop racking up on makeup and expensive hair only to spend pennies on your soul's beauty. The ultimate rule in being authentic, start from the inside out. When we feel good we feel like a million bucks! 
A lot of times before we start dressing up we must first clean up and clear out the junk. This means everything from what you eat as you detox, ladies the penis that penetrates you(unless it's your hubby), your negative words that comes from your heart and your evil spirit. This takes time and self development but it's worth the process. As we make room for the encouragement, fruits and veggies, worship and meditation be sure to mark out a special "me day" to ensure a weekly routine of love. As we clean our inner house it'll feel more suitable to pamper our physical body. 

9.  When I realize it is not OK to stay in a place where I am not valued and respected the way my heart deserves and desires...I AM LUV. This is why loving yourself in a way that honors you is vital because anyone who is not willing to meet you where you are or climb higher is not worthy of your intimate space. Especially in any event where abuse is taking place mental, emotional or physical this is NOT love in anyway shape or form. If you participate in these experiences you may be giving them the OK to hurt you, which is not being true to yourself. Love does not ask us to loose harm or sacrifice our true selves for its name sake and it never will. 

This happens way too many times when a person "falls in love" and becomes so wrapped up in their partner that they lose sense of who they are, their goals and their position in the relationship. Now they feel lost and without cause because they've emptied themselves of love trying to over deliver to someone else. Then after awhile your intuition, inner-self, suffers from neglect and in your alone time it starts to speak out demanding your attention. Don't ignore this cry listen to the warning signs. Is this relationship adding value to your love life or are you afraid to leave? The amount you give to self attracts the amount they give to you, is your portion sufficient? When you realize you are too precious to stay God will give you the courage to leave. 

10. When I realize I can keep myself pure I AM LUV. Yes we're talking about premarital sex, before we go there note sex and love are not the same. Love is something we are while sex is something that was created for us to experience as a result of a holy union. Living in a society where sex sells makes it pretty much hard to resist the temptation. But regardless of what's popular in the world what's right in the spirit is the only thing that will stand in the end. I'll be the first to admit staying pure wasn't idea as a teenager so much pressure (as it is today) but if I had that person educating me on the Word I would have known better and chosen to wait because I am worth it. It is what it is though. One thing I know it's never too late to start over and do it right, to repent and turn from wicked ways this goes for sex too. No we can't take it back and be virgins again but we can make up our mind from this moment forward to wait abstain until marriage. You don't want to be Jezebel going around seducing every man that comes by, now do you?  That immoral woman is dangerous and every man that comes to her home will regret knowing her. 

As we give away our most prized possession it somehow takes a piece of us that we can no longer get back once it's gone and if they leave too its a double whammy. 
 Sex is precious, its holy, its God-ordain and once we realize at any point we can become pure again our love become much more valuable and your soon to be spouse will appreciate your commitment to wait on them. 

These tools when realized with change your perception and perspective on love and how it vibrates to and from you. It's not good enough to just realize 1-10 we must also make these a habit a commitment as we discover a deeper level of self love. Without this no other love can exist. So if you're wondering why you can't find love or why love keep running away from you it's probably because it's not in you to begin with. It can't trust you to stay faithful to it cause you constantly lie to yourself, it won't believe a word you say because your self love actions show otherwise nor will it overflow in your life unless you begin to breathe it, speak it and show interest that it's alive and well. 

You got this sweetie, hold tight to these 10 habits and watch miracles on top of miracles flood your surroundings. I love you, hope you we're encouraged and inspired to realize the power invested in you to discover your worth.

Story Vs. Scripture

Great! We are aware of our inner self, invited God in and is practicing being love living this thing out day by day. Keep walking and don't let distractions get you off ya love block. Start to connect your story and future visions with your God-given purpose. Yes everything happened in the past but in the word, in the scriptures, it says that our latter days will be better than the former, the future will be more blessed than the past. So be joyful the best is yet to come it gets better and better as life goes on! And we should choose to believe that because it's already done in heaven and so it is in heaven so it is in the earth. The ball's in your court to choose and bust a move. 

Most people don't like work but I'm here to tell you start getting comfortable in doing work because faith without works is dead and dead faith doesn't work. Without it nothing gets done, even the angels have to work and fight on your behalf to deliver miracles. Trust me the labor will not be in vain you will get a harvest and your land will be restored. 

No worries you won't be doing all the work let your mouth and the words coming from it help you supernaturally. Get your Bible if you don't have one download the Bible app on your phone, without looking open it to the left page 3rd verse and read it- out loud. Whatever that scripture is I want you to believe it meditate on it and ask what does it mean and how you can apply it to your life. The Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth in is this book and it gives life- eternal life. No matter what your story has said about your life remember some of that script wasn't yours in the first place. Half of it was your parents which means you really was acting out a lie. Do it make sense now why you never felt that connection in what you were told to do?  There's so many stories and they change often to cater to this person or that organization but the awesome thing about Scripture is that is stays the same forever. It's infallible, meaning incapable of error if something is infallible it's never wrong  and thus absolutely trustworthy. Free from error the bible never fails the word will never come back to us void in any way shape or form. Its the truth, giving life therefore winning. Some of our stories are creating death, some of our stories feels like death it may even feel like you want to kill yourself it can be that strong. I know because I felt that way before. But now I feel joy I feel love, I feel God's presence and I'm grateful. 

The time is now to live, to dream, to get all wrapped up in your new life according to the word. Matching what we speak with the Word, the scriptures, gives us power to create our universe. Making sure we not only say and hear the word but actually do what it says then watch it change your life. 

We will mess up because we still have to deal with the flesh and it's desires and craves of temptation but in that case we just pray more. 

No man is perfect but we can allow ourselves to be lead by the perfect example of his son Jesus Christ. The work comes in for us to ask for what we want and develop that relationship with the Main Source. As he talks through the word talk back through prayer and give all your cares to him to handle. Everything you need to know is in the Scriptures, if you don't understand the King James version (which is alot of people's response) there are about 30 other translation that you can understand in plain English and if all else fails pray for wisdom. 

You got this!!! 

As we're closing out this year let's start planning and visualizing how we plan to accomplish our goals for next year. This is not a new year's resolution... they don't work, we are creating new year visions. Aligning ourselves with the vision from heaven as we yearn for his desires they also become our desire to live out. Visions are sacred and the vibration from them will start making its way to you and you don't even have to chase it because it'll be chasing after you. Like where she at?  Where he at I'm trying to get to him. Lol 

And soon you'll be like YES, YES come to me everything I believe in come,  everything I been praying for come,  everything I've been touching and agreeing with and speaking and conforming COME! I Know you're on your way I can feel you and I thank you for allowing me to experience this. The universe is that powerful your wish is its command doing what you ask of it so be nice to it so it can be nice to you. 

Think about what you want for 2017 and start with YOU I encourage you to be excited about the new things to come. Imagine all the great things you will bring about and don't forget to picture you right in the middle of it all. Rewriting your script can be a wonderful journey because you get to create it straight from your heart. Remember to take atleast 10 minutes to meditate and ponder on those things that are true, honorable, right and pure. Find a quiet space count from 10 to 0 as you relax go in and dream of the unthinkable, the power is within you. When you come back get up and get to work, your goals are waiting on you to move so it can then move towards you. I'm excited about the new you and I can't wait to see the growth and results in 2017!

Rewrite Your Script

We all have aspirations and dreams for our children right? I know I do. We want them to accomplish so many things, perform well academically, be good at this or that sometimes even follow after our own footsteps. As parents, yes we want the best so we do the best to provide those things- but is that really for their best interest or yours? Having that authority usually sounds like here are your options vs. what are your options which then sows a seed of social scripting. Where other people's views and opinions unconsciously becomes your own and now your view of yourselves is all distorted.  

Our whole life we've been handed scripts to play out some of which are still being rehearsed after 20, 30 years. Age 5 mommy said, "you're the best singer" age 10 your teacher says, "you're not good enough", in middle school statistics show because you live on the other side of the tracks you'll never amount to anything. Throughout young adulthood society and social media have written the most scripts that suggests what your body should look like, how to get a boo thang and why you should follow what's trending. So because everybody else is doing it we fall right in line too. Has anyone given you a script to live out and half the time it wasn't even yours?

  This is me at 7 years old and I pretty much had a mental script written out for me that said be shy, don't talk unless you're being talked to, go to school and get good grade. It followed me into my early adulthood and I figured that was just who I was until I asked myself, 'but why'? When people came around I was set on autopilot to sit quietly until someone approached me (which was rare because I seemed so anti-social). Little did I know at this age the actions and words spoken in my environment would impact the character of my story in the future. 

This can be haunting or it can be rewarding depending on how close the script is to your own life's purpose. By the way, have you went IN-ward to discover what that looks like yet? Because it's life changing. If not, possibilities could be that you're not getting enough quiet time or you need to do more inner-work. Both actions requires YOU to get in-tuned with your true self, your very own unique script that compliments inner values, core beliefs and visions. Depending on where you are in your walk with self-development we may have to start from the bottom before we get here. Ya'll hear that Drake? Lol

So let's start "rescripting", get rid of what no longer serves you by recognizing those social scripts and write your book over. It didn't acquire over a week so neither is the final draft, this will take patience it may take a little longer with the rough draft because there's a lot to go over, clean out and edit. Some people been in darkness for so long they can't even see their way out with the lights on but you...you got this. You are a creator, you were created by the Creator of heaven and earth to create your hearts desires AND live it out! Yet oh course there's a process, a journey, one must take to see the light. A path that is personal and deals with secrets and pains and sometimes the truth. It's hard going back to those places but that is what it takes to rise out of that state of BEing and thinking. Are you willing to go through it? 

I know you don't want to experience emotions of guilt or sadness again it's a lot easier to reject and run from that fear. But we have to... or should I say we should choose to because at the end of the day it will be the choices that we make today that will create our tomorrow.

Here's 3 tools to start that process:

1.Discover your inner-self
2.Invite God In
3.Stand on Ya' Block! 

Ok, first things first, you. All things are created twice, first in the mind and second in the physical. Before you can see yourself doing it or being it, the thought of it must be in place. Which directs us in- inside the brain into the mind where all the magic begins! Get to know this other side of you, any dislikes, pet peeves, passions, what are your talents, what makes you afraid?  Don't be shy go all in, the deeper the better. Only you and God know the real you so get comfortable being real authentic and being OK with it, even if it don't feel good. You got the authority to heal whatever it is.

Now as you're quietly in your own skin in your own space invite God in. Allow His voice to speak to your spirit and agree, stay connected for as long as it takes before you get up and stand on ya block- ya' love block that is. Day by day get in the routine of BE-ing love. Having patience, self-control and discipline even when you don't feel like it we've all been called to love through all circumstances. Be careful because here's were the work come in and people don't like to work. Everything you're going to need will prepare you for the test that's soon to come. Your consistency will challenge you by sending negative people and situations, it will test your faith and stretch your will power to win but remember greater is He that is in you than He that is in the world.

You got this! No more living the dream of someone else, no more not being clear about who you are and why you we're created. Take back YOU and trust the process it's not easy but it's rewarding, I believe in you. My time is up here but I'll be walking with you coaching you through this thing together. You will regain clarity and confirmation in this journey and note that you will loose friends and relationships on the way to where you're going, everyone is not meant to ride along. A few ways to detox and prepare spiritually for this physical journey is to schedule alone time, focus on your breathing through meditation and make a warm cup of herbal tea or lemon water. Tell your family and friends what you will be doing so they can allow you that time with no distractions, if they love you they'll understand the self-love you need to give to yourself. Turn the TV off and silence your phones this QT is what your soul has been waiting for. We about to go in y'all, ready?

Inner Image

Just curious, how many of you look in the mirror naked and like what you see? Do you criticize yourself pointing out everything "wrong" with you? When you look at yourself bare with no accessories make-up, or weave in are you still photo shoot ready? Be honest.

There are millions of men, women AND children who hate what they see staring back at them. Who surgically "improve" or hide their imperfections due to low self confidence. Why? Trying to be "perfect" like people on TV and social media... talk about the struggle. This is a real issue happening everyday to real people dying on the inside all the while pretending to be fierce on the out. That's why I decided to teach this Inner Image class. 

  In my coaching sessions I use mirror talk and naked mirror talk to teach very crucial skills and habits to enhance self-love and inner confidence. It ain't nothing to buy things that make you look beautiful, this time around you don't need a dime because inner beauty is free. It's your birth right to be and have this energy,  to be completely ok with your inner and outer image because you we're created in the image of God - AND HE IS FLAWLESS. But DeShane, "I bet God doesn't have flabby skin, stretch marks, deformed limbs or crowded teeth like me".

You don't know what God looks like but I bet you He ain't complaining and criticizing himself because he's too busy BE-ING love. So you can give a thousand excuses but the key lies within and you must look there to unlock hidden treasure. Now, it depends on you if you ready to face yourself, not everyone is up for this part of the work and that's OK, but if you desire true results here is where you should begin. On the inside.

 If you want to own this presence start today by spending 20 minutes with yourself, get comfortable and make sure you have a mirror. Speak to the God in you  and watch your life, your body, your mind, and your behavior be totally transformed!
